A Phase 3, Multicenter, Open-Label, Randomized Study of Nemvaleukin Alfa in Combination With Pembrolizumab Versus Investigator’s Choice Chemotherapy in Patients With Platinum-Resistant Epithelial Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Primary Peritoneal Cancer (ARTISTRY-7)
This study is testing a new combination treatment for advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancers that haven't responded to previous chemotherapy. It compares a new drug, nemvaleukin alfa, with an existing cancer drug, pembrolizumab, against standard chemotherapy treatments to see if it helps people live longer.

A Phase 2, Open-Label, Multicenter, Cohort Study of Nemvaleukin Alfa (ALKS 4230) Monotherapy and in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Patients With Advanced Cutaneous Melanoma or Advanced Mucosal Melanoma - ARTISTRY-6
This study, called ARTISTRY-6, is looking at new ways to treat advanced skin and mucosal melanoma. It's testing a new medicine called Nemvaleukin Alfa, both on its own and with another drug, Pembrolizumab, to see how well they work and if they help shrink the cancer.
