Study of Neoadjuvant Olaparib Monotherapy and Olaparib and Durvalumab Combination in HER2 Negative BRCAm Breast Cancer

This study looks at new treatments for a specific type of breast cancer with a BRCA gene change. It tests olaparib, alone or with durvalumab, before surgery. The aim is to find better ways to treat this cancer and reduce the need for strong chemotherapy.
