This study, called PRIMED, is looking at ways to make a breast cancer medicine called Trodelvy easier to tolerate. It's for people with advanced triple-negative or HR+/HER2- breast cancer, focusing on reducing side effects like severe diarrhoea and low white blood cell counts.
