Investigation of the Effects of Dietary Nitrate and Sex on COVID-19 Vaccine Induced Vascular Dysfunction in Healthy Men and Women (DiNOVasc-COVID-19)

This study looks at how the COVID-19 vaccine affects blood vessels in healthy people. It also explores if beetroot juice, which contains natural nitrate, can help protect blood vessels. We're also checking for differences between men and women.
