The Effect of Vasopressor Therapy on Renal Perfusion in Septic Shock
This study looks at how different medicines, like vasopressin and angiotensin II, affect blood flow to the kidneys in very unwell patients with a serious infection called septic shock. We want to see if these medicines can help improve kidney function when it's failing.

Double blind randomized clinical trial comparing noradrenaline plus placebo versus noradrenaline plus terlipressin in septic shock.
This study is looking at a serious condition called septic shock. We want to see if adding a new medicine, terlipressin, to standard treatment (noradrenaline) can help reduce harm to organs and improve recovery time for patients in intensive care.

Early Vasopressors in Sepsis
This study compares two ways to treat severe infection (sepsis) in hospital. One uses a salty fluid first, then medicine to raise blood pressure. The other uses blood pressure medicine first, then salty fluid. We want to see which helps patients recover better.
