An Interventional, Prospective Open-Label Study of Immunosuppressive Therapies to Mitigate Immune-Mediated Loss of Therapeutic Response to Asfotase Alfa (STRENSIQ®) for Hypophosphatasia (RESTORE)
This study looks at ways to help a medicine called Asfotase Alfa (STRENSIQ®) work better for people with Hypophosphatasia. Sometimes the body fights this medicine, so the study tests other treatments to stop that and improve how well the medicine works.

A double-blind, randomised, placebo-controlled, first-in-human (FIH) Phase I/IIa, multi-centre trial to assess safety, tolerability, and immune response of single and multiple ascending doses of TOL2 (Immune Tolerising Agent) in patients with generalised myasthenia gravis
This study is testing a new medicine, TOL2, for generalised myasthenia gravis. It's looking at how safe the medicine is, how well people can tolerate it, and if it affects the body's immune system. This is an early-stage UK trial.
