This study looks at a new way to find hidden heart failure in people with diabetes who are at higher risk. We're testing if checking a specific blood marker helps doctors discover heart problems earlier, so people can get the right care sooner.

Screening for earlY Heart Failure Diagnosis and Management in Primary Care or at HOme Using Natriuretic Peptides and echocardiographY "SYMPHONY-HF"
This study, called SYMPHONY-HF, is looking at better ways to find and manage heart failure early in people at risk. It compares standard care to a new approach using a blood test and heart scan to spot the condition sooner.
