Obe-cel in Severe, Refractory Systemic Lupus Erythematosus With Active Lupus Nephritis

This study looks at a new treatment called obe-cel for severe lupus affecting the kidneys (lupus nephritis). It's for people aged 12-65 whose current treatments haven't worked. The aim is to see if obe-cel can make their kidney lupus go into remission.
