DAREON®-36: A Study to Test Obrixtamig in Combination With ZL-1310 in People With Advanced Small Cell Lung Cancer or Other Neuroendocrine Cancers
This study tests new medicines, obrixtamig and ZL-1310, for advanced lung and other neuroendocrine cancers. It aims to find a safe dose and see how they work, especially when combined with another drug to help your immune system fight cancer.

DAREON ® -Lung-1: A Study in People With Advanced Small Cell Lung Cancer to Compare Obrixtamig Plus Atezolizumab, Carboplatin, and Etoposide Treatment With Standard Chemotherapy
This study looks at a new medicine called obrixtamig for advanced small cell lung cancer. It compares obrixtamig plus standard treatment against standard treatment alone to see if it helps people live longer. It also tests a device to measure a cancer marker.

DAREON®-NEC-1: A Study in People With Advanced Extrapulmonary Neuroendocrine Cancer (epNEC) to Compare Obrixtamig Plus Carboplatin and Etoposide Treatment With Standard Chemotherapy
This study for advanced neuroendocrine cancer compares a new drug called obrixtamig with standard chemotherapy. It aims to see if adding obrixtamig helps people live longer and also tests a new device to measure a cancer marker.
