Postnatal Perineal Wound Assessment

This study looks at how mothers' healing areas (perineum) are checked after childbirth. It wants to improve how nurses (midwives) and new mothers talk about and understand these checks, especially for common tears or cuts, to make care better and support mums' wellbeing.
