Olorofim Aspergillus Infection Study
This study compares a new medicine, olorofim, with an existing one, AmBisome®, for treating a serious fungal infection called invasive aspergillosis (IA). We want to see if olorofim is safe and effective, especially for patients who haven't responded well to other treatments.

A Phase III, adjudicator-blinded, randomised study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of treatment with olorofim versus treatment with AmBisome® followed by standard of care (SOC) in patients with invasive fungal disease (IFD) caused by Aspergillus species
This study looks at a new medicine, olorofim, for serious fungal infections caused by Aspergillus. It compares olorofim to an existing treatment, AmBisome, to see which is safer and more effective for patients in the UK.
