Obinutuzumab for primary membranous nephropathy: a pilot study in patients with rituximab-resistant or rituximab-dependent nephrotic syndrome and in patients intolerant to rituximab (the ORION study)
This study looks at a new drug, Obinutuzumab, for a kidney disease called primary membranous nephropathy. It's for people whose disease hasn’t responded well to a common treatment called rituximab, or if they can’t take rituximab. We want to see how well it works and if it's safe.

Rescue Therapy with the Human Anti-CD38 Antibody MOR202 (felzartamab) in Patients with Membranous Nephropathy who Failed Anti-CD20 Target Therapy (MONET study)
This study looks at a new medicine called felzartamab for people with a kidney condition called membranous nephropathy, who haven't improved with other treatments. It aims to see if the new medicine can reduce protein in their urine and help their kidneys get better.
