Efficacy and safety of a 4 year pubertal therapy with growth hormone (Omnitrope) or growth hormone and an aromatase inhibitor (Letrozole) in boys with a short predicted height.

This study looks at two medicines, growth hormone (Omnitrope) or a combination of growth hormone and another medicine called Letrozole, over four years. It's for boys who are expected to be shorter than average as adults, to see if these treatments can help them grow taller.
