FILO-AML-01-MIVONU A single arm phase II study investigating the efficacy and safety of the addition of ivosidenib to oral azacitidine (Onureg®) in patients over 55 with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and IDH1 mutation, in complete remission after intensive chemotherapy. A study of the French AML Intergroup.
This study is testing if adding a new drug, ivosidenib, to an existing one, oral azacitidine, can help people over 55 with a specific type of leukaemia (AML with IDH1 mutation) stay well after treatment. It focuses on preventing the cancer from returning.

Fedratinib in Combination with CC-486, a Hypomethylating Agent, in Patients with Accelerated Phase Myelofibrosis - FAMy
This study, called FAMy, is looking at a new combination of two medicines, Inrebic and Onureg, for people with a specific type of bone marrow disorder called accelerated phase myelofibrosis. It aims to find the safest and most effective dose of this new treatment.
