Treating socket discharge and discomfort: randomized test of vitamin A ointment, low-dose steroids and artificial tears
This study looks at different ways to help people who have a sore or watery eye from wearing an artificial eye. It compares vitamin A ointment, a mild steroid, and regular eye drops to see which works best to reduce discomfort and discharge.

Comparison of treatment with preservative-free dexamethasone 0.1% (Monofree Dexamethason) and diclofenac 0.1% (Dicloabak) eye drops versus preserved dexamethasone 0.1% (Maxidex) and diclofenac 0.1% (Voltaren Ophtha) eye drops after cataract surgery.
This study compares different eye drops after cataract surgery. We're looking to see if eye drops without preservatives are better than eye drops with preservatives at reducing inflammation in the eye, four weeks after the operation.
