(ROAR) Reversal of opioid-induced respiratory depression with opioid antagonists - a pharmacokinetic pharmacodynamic modeling study in opioid naïve individuals and chronic opioid users under real-life conditions
This study looks at how medicines called opioid antagonists can reverse breathing problems caused by strong painkillers (opioids). We're testing these medicines in healthy people and those who use opioids, to understand how quickly and effectively they work to help breathing.

Tranexamic acid during excisional burn surgery
This study looks at how a medicine called tranexamic acid affects bleeding during burn surgery. Researchers are comparing it to a salty water solution to see if it reduces blood loss and helps with blood clotting in adults with burn injuries.

APECS II: Comparing the efficacy of Pectoral Nerve (PECS II) Block with long-acting liposomal bupivacaine versus levobupivacaine for Mastectomy Surgery: A Multicenter Prospective Randomized Controlled Trial
This study compares two pain medications given during breast cancer surgery (mastectomy) to see which one works better at reducing pain afterwards. It aims to find out if a newer, longer-lasting pain relief注射 (injection) is more effective than a standard one for managing pain in the breast.
