OPtimizing Aldosterone Receptor Antagonist Therapy by Sodium Zirconium Cyclosilicate in Heart Failure (OPRA-HF)

This study looks at a new medicine called Sodium Zirconium Cyclosilicate (SZC). We want to see if it helps people with heart failure take their heart medicines (MRA) more safely, by keeping their potassium levels normal. This could help them get the best treatment for their heart.
