A Study of Repotrectinib in Pediatric and Young Adult Subjects Harboring ALK, ROS1, OR NTRK1-3 Alterations
This study looks at a new drug, repotrectinib, for children and young adults (up to 25) with certain advanced cancers. It checks if the drug is safe and helps shrink tumours that have specific genetic changes called ALK, ROS1, or NTRK.

A Study of Repotrectinib (TPX-0005) in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring ALK, ROS1, or NTRK1-3 Rearrangements
This study is looking at a new drug called repotrectinib for advanced cancers that have specific gene changes (ALK, ROS1, or NTRK). It aims to find the best dose and see how well it works in shrinking tumours and how safe it is.
