Implementing an Evidence-based Exercise Program to Reduce Falls in Community-dwelling Older Adults (Otago)

This study looks at new ways to help older adults prevent falls. We're testing a special exercise programme, the Otago Exercise Programme, with added coaching and Fitbit use, to see if it helps people stick with the exercises and reduces their risk of falling.
