Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy for Comprehensive Treatment of 4-10 Oligometastatic Tumors

This study looks at a special type of radiation (SABR) for people with cancer that has spread a little (4-10 spots). It compares SABR to usual treatments to see if it helps people live longer, keeps cancer away, and improves their quality of life.
