Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy for Comprehensive Treatment of Oligometastatic Tumors (SABR-COMET)
This study compares a new, highly focused radiation treatment called SABR with standard radiation for people with a small number of cancers that have spread. It aims to see if SABR improves how long people live and their quality of life.

This study looks at a new, more precise radiotherapy (SABR) for people with 1 to 3 small cancer growths that have spread. We are comparing it to standard radiotherapy to see if it helps people live longer, improves quality of life, and is good value for money.
