A Study of Pasritamig Versus Placebo in Late Line Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)
This study is testing a new medicine, Pasritamig, for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone treatments. We want to see if Pasritamig helps men live longer compared to a dummy medicine, alongside their usual supportive care.

A Study of Pasritamig (JNJ-78278343) in Combination With JNJ-86974680 for Treatment of Prostate Cancer

A Study of Pasritamig With Docetaxel Versus Docetaxel in Participants With Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer
This study looks at a new drug, pasritamig, with docetaxel to see if it helps men with advanced prostate cancer live longer without their cancer growing. It compares this combination to docetaxel alone.
