Efficacy and Safety of Patidegib Gel 2% for Preventing Basal Cell Carcinomas on the Face of Adults With Gorlin Syndrome

This study looks at a gel called Patidegib. It’s for adults with Gorlin syndrome who get lots of skin cancers on their face. We want to see if the gel can stop new skin cancers from growing and if it's safe to use.
