Home-based EXercise and motivAtional Program Before and After Liver Transplantation

This study looks at how exercise and support before and after a liver transplant can improve quality of life. Patients will either get a home exercise plan with motivational help or a standard advice leaflet. We want to see if exercise makes a difference.
