Study of immunological activity after personalized immunomodulatory therapy regulating the Th17 pathway in patients with extramembranous glomerulonephritis
This study is looking at a new way to treat a kidney condition called extramembranous glomerulonephritis. It uses a medicine called Pegasys® to see if it can reduce harmful antibodies and improve kidney health in adults. It's an early-stage study.

A Platform Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Investigational Therapies in Participants with Chronic Hepatitis B Infection (PREVAIL)
This study, called PREVAIL, is testing new medicines for people with long-term Hepatitis B. It aims to see how well these new treatments can reduce the virus in the body and remove a specific marker of the infection.
