IZABRIGHT-Lung01: A Randomized, Open-label, Phase 2/3 Study of Izalontamab Brengitecan (BMS-986507) versus Platinum-based Chemotherapy in Patients with EGFR-mutated Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Disease Progression on EGFR Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor Therapy
This study is for people with a specific type of lung cancer that has stopped responding to treatment. Researchers are testing a new drug, Izalontamab Brengitecan, against standard chemotherapy to see which works better at controlling the cancer and helping people live longer.

A Phase 3, multicenter, open-label, randomized study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of fedratinib compared to best available therapy in subjects with DIPSS - intermediate or high-risk primary myelofibrosis, post-polycythemia vera myelofibrosis, or post-essential thrombocythemia myelofibrosis and previously treated with ruxolitinib
This study is comparing a new medicine, fedratinib, with other common treatments for people with a type of bone marrow disorder called myelofibrosis. It's for patients whose myelofibrosis has been treated before with another drug called ruxolitinib. We want to see how well fedratinib shrinks the spleen.

A Phase III, Randomized, Double-blind Study to Evaluate Pembrolizumab plus Chemotherapy vs Placebo plus Chemotherapy as Neoadjuvant Therapy and Pembrolizumab vs Placebo as Adjuvant Therapy for Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)
This study looks at a new way to treat an aggressive type of breast cancer called Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). It combines a special immune-boosting drug (Pembrolizumab) with standard chemotherapy to see if it can shrink tumours more effectively before surgery and prevent them from returning.
