A Study of Avutometinib (VS-6766) + Defactinib (VS-6063) in Recurrent Low-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer
This study looks at a new drug combination, avutometinib and defactinib, for low-grade serous ovarian cancer that has come back. It compares this new treatment to standard options to see which works best and is safest for patients.

A Clinical Study of Raludotatug Deruxtecan in People With Ovarian Cancer (MK-5909-003)
