Phase 3 Study of Pelabresib (CPI-0610) in Myelofibrosis (MF) (MANIFEST-2)
This study is testing a new medicine called pelabresib alongside an existing treatment (ruxolitinib) for adults with myelofibrosis who haven't tried similar drugs before. It aims to see if this combination works better than ruxolitinib alone to help manage symptoms and spleen size.
