This study is for people with advanced cancer who are already taking a medicine called pemigatinib and are getting good results from it. It allows them to keep receiving this medicine if they can't get it elsewhere, helping doctors understand more about its long-term effects and safety.

This study is testing a new drug, pemigatinib, against standard chemotherapy for a type of bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma) that has spread or can't be removed, and has a specific gene change. It wants to see which treatment works better and is safer as a first treatment.
