A Randomised Open-label Phase III Trial of REduced Frequency Pembrolizumab immuNothErapy for First-line Treatment of Patients With Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

This study looks at treating advanced lung cancer (non-small cell) with a drug called pembrolizumab (Keytruda). After 6 months of standard treatment, it aims to see if giving the drug less often is just as safe and effective, potentially making treatment easier for patients and saving money for the NHS.
