Safety and Efficacy of EIK1001 in Combo With Pembro Versus Placebo and Pembro as First-Line Therapy in Patients With Advanced Melanoma.
This study is looking at a new treatment called EIK1001 when given with standard treatment (Pembrolizumab) for advanced melanoma. It aims to see if this combination is safe and effective compared to Pembrolizumab alone for people whose melanoma has spread.

Study of Eftilagimod Alfa (Efti) in Combination With Pembrolizumab and Chemotherapy Versus Placebo in Combination With Pembrolizumab and Chemotherapy in Participants With Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (TACTI-004)
This study is looking at a new treatment called efti, combined with standard care, for advanced lung cancer. It compares how well this combination works against the standard care alone to see if it helps people live longer and stops cancer from growing for longer. Participants will receive treatment for up to two years.
