A Multicenter, Open-label, Phase 1/2 Safety Run-in and Expansion Study of PM54 in Combination With Immunotherapy Evaluating Safety and Efficacy in Adult Participants who were Previously Treated for Advanced Malignancies

This study is testing a new medicine, PM54, alongside an existing treatment, pembrolizumab, for adults with advanced cancers. We want to see how safe this combination is and if it helps by shrinking tumours or stopping them from growing.
