Study to Investigate Lifileucel Regimen Plus Pembrolizumab Compared With Pembrolizumab Alone in Participants With Untreated Advanced Melanoma.

This study compares a new combination treatment for advanced melanoma (lifileucel plus pembrolizumab) against pembrolizumab alone. It's for people who haven't had treatment for their advanced melanoma before. The aim is to see if the new combination is more effective and safe.
