Study of Durvalumab+Olaparib or Durvalumab After Treatment With Durvalumab and Chemotherapy in Patients With Lung Cancer (ORION)
This study looks at new ways to treat advanced non-small cell lung cancer that hasn't spread after initial treatment. It compares two treatments: Durvalumab alone, and Durvalumab combined with Olaparib, to see if the combination helps patients live longer and better.

Study of Durvalumab + Tremelimumab With Chemotherapy or Durvalumab With Chemotherapy or Chemotherapy Alone for Patients With Lung Cancer (POSEIDON).
