A Phase 1b/2 Study of T-DXd Combinations in HER2-positive Metastatic Breast Cancer

A Safety Extension Study of Trastuzumab Emtansine in Participants Previously Treated With Trastuzumab Emtansine Alone or in Combination With Other Anti-Cancer Therapy in One of the Parent Studies
This study is for people with cancer that has spread, who are already benefiting from a specific medicine called trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) or other similar treatments in an earlier study. It allows them to keep receiving these important treatments for longer to see if they continue to help.

A Study of Tucatinib or Placebo With Trastuzumab and Pertuzumab for Metastatic HER2+ Breast Cancer
