This study looks at new treatments for a type of blood cancer called Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) in adults who can't have strong chemotherapy. It compares a drug combination of three medicines (pevonedistat, venetoclax, and azacitidine) against a two-drug combination (venetoclax and azacitidine) to see which works best.
