A Phase 1b Trial of ARV-471 in Combination with Everolimus in Patients with ER+, HER2– Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer
This study is testing a new combination of two drugs, ARV-471 and Everolimus, for advanced breast cancer that has specific characteristics (ER+, HER2-). Doctors want to find the safest dose and see how well patients tolerate this new treatment. It's an early-stage study.

This study is testing a new combination treatment for advanced or metastatic breast cancer. It combines a drug called vepdegestrant (ARV-471) with samuraciclib. Researchers are looking at how safe and effective this new combination is for people aged 18 and over.
