An open-label, non-randomized, biopsy-based mechanistic study on pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, safety and tolerability of ianalumab in patients with Sjögren's syndrome
This study is looking at a new medicine called ianalumab for Sjögren's syndrome. We want to see how it affects cells in the salivary glands, how safe it is, and how the body uses it. This is an early-stage study.

A Phase 4, Open-Label, Non-randomised, Multicentre Study to Evaluate Safety and Efficacy of Intravenous Administration of Sonazoid™ for Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound Liver Imaging in Paediatric Patients.
This study looks at a special ultrasound scan for children with liver spots. It uses a contrast agent called Sonazoid™ to help doctors see the spots more clearly. The aim is to see how well it helps tell if these spots are harmless or need further attention.
