Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of PIPE 791 in Subjects With Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

This study is testing a new medicine, PIPE-791, for a lung condition called Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). We want to see how well it works, if it's safe, and if people can tolerate it. It's a phase 2 study, meaning we're still in the early stages of testing.
