Piromelatine (Neu-P11) clinical trials

An open-label sleep laboratory study of efficacy and safety of piromelatine in a well-defined population of patients with idiopathic (isolated) Rapid Eye Movement Behavior Disorder (iRBD).

This study is testing a new medicine, piromelatine, for people with a sleep problem called REM Behavior Disorder (RBD). Researchers want to see if it's safe and helps reduce unusual movements and actions during sleep.
