A Phase 3 Study of the Efficacy, Safety, and Pharmacokinetics of Ustekinumab as Open-label Intravenous Induction Treatment Followed by Randomized Double-blind Subcutaneous Ustekinumab Maintenance in Pediatric Participants with Moderately to Severely Active Crohn’s Disease
This study is looking at a medicine called Stelara for children and teenagers with Crohn's disease. It wants to see if Stelara helps them feel better and stay well. Participants will first receive the medicine through a drip, and then by an injection under the skin.

The efficacy and safety of Metoprolol as add-on treatment to standard of care in preventing cardiomyopathy in patients with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy aged 8-17 years. A randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study
This study looks at whether a medicine called Metoprolol can help prevent heart problems in young people with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. It compares Metoprolol to a dummy medicine to see if it makes a difference to heart strength.
