Treating Nightmares in Posttraumatic Stress Disorder with the α-adrenergic Agents Clonidine and Doxazosin: A Randomized-Controlled Feasibility Study - ClonDoTrial

This study is looking at whether certain medicines, clonidine and doxazosin, can help reduce nightmares for adults who have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It's comparing these medicines to a dummy pill (placebo) to see if they work.
