Phase III Study Investigating Heart Failure and Cardiovascular Death With Baxdrostat in Combination With Dapagliflozin

This study looks at how two medicines, Baxdrostat and dapagliflozin, might help people with heart failure. We're testing if this combination can reduce hospital stays for heart failure or prevent death from heart problems in people with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
