A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of orally administered GLPG3667 in adult subjects with active systemic lupus erythematosus.

This study is testing a new medicine called GLPG3667 for adults with active lupus (SLE). Researchers want to see if it helps reduce lupus symptoms, if it's safe, and how the body handles it. Some people will get the medicine, and others will get a dummy pill.
