This study is testing a new medicine, AZD3427, for people with heart failure and high blood pressure in the lungs caused by heart problems. We want to see if it improves how the heart and lungs work together.

A Phase 1b, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Randomised Trial Investigating the Effect of AZD3427 on Renal Perfusion in HFrEF Patients With Renal Impairment Using Positron Emission Tomography (PET)
This study is looking at a new medicine called AZD3427 for people with heart failure and kidney problems. It uses special scans to see if the medicine improves blood flow in the kidneys over 8 days. Doctors want to know if it's safe and how well it helps.
