This study is testing a new medicine, spesolimab, for people with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). Researchers want to see if it helps reduce HS symptoms and if it's safe. Some people will get the new medicine, while others will get a dummy medicine (placebo).

Evasayil TM: A placebo-controlled trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of spesolimab in the treatment of patients with Netherton syndrome
This study is testing a new medicine, spesolimab, for Netherton syndrome. It's a trial where some people get the medicine and others get a dummy treatment (placebo) to see how well spesolimab works and if it's safe. We're looking at how it improves skin symptoms and overall well-being.
