A Clinical Trial to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Navepegritide in Adolescents (12 - 18 Years of Age) With Achondroplasia.
This study is looking at a new medicine called navepegritide for teenagers aged 12 to 18 with achondroplasia. We want to see if it helps them grow and if it's safe. It's compared to a dummy medicine over 52 weeks.

This study is testing a new medicine, Navepegritide, for babies and toddlers under two years old with achondroplasia. It aims to see if the medicine is safe and helps with their growth compared to a dummy medicine.
