Placebo for riociguat clinical trials

(14308) Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, multi-center study to evaluate the hemodynamic effects of Riociguat (BAY 63-2521) as well as safety and kinetics in patients with pulmonary hypertension associated with left ventricular systolic dysfunction.

This study is looking at a new medicine called Riociguat for people with high blood pressure in the lungs due to a weak heart. It aims to see if the drug can lower this pressure and improve heart function, comparing it to a dummy pill.
