Placebo for telitacicept clinical trials

A Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, 2-Stage Trial to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Telitacicept Compared to Placebo in Patients with Moderately to Severely Active Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (REMESLE-1)

This study is testing a new medicine, telitacicept, for people with moderate to severe lupus. It compares the new medicine to a dummy treatment (placebo) to see if it helps reduce lupus symptoms and is safe to use. Patients will receive injections over about a year.
