Placebo for upadacitinib film-coated tablet clinical trials

A Phase 3 Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blind Study to Evaluate Upadacitinib in Adolescent and Adult Subjects with Moderate to Severe Atopic Dermatitis

This study is testing a new medicine, upadacitinib, for people aged 18 and over with moderate to severe eczema (atopic dermatitis). They want to see how well it clears up skin, reduces itching, and improves quality of life over 16 weeks compared to a dummy pill.
